Fasting Salts Original Powder

I have used it twice. It's pretty good. It's not that salty actually. I thought I might need to flavour it but you don't need to, to be honest.

I add one scoop to my blender bottle with some fresh lemon juice and head to a workout or to my job and it keeps me hydrated and going all day when I’m fasting or even just to have first thing in the morning it helps to reset my body. I love this brand. Only three ingredients and only what you need no fillers no substitutes.
