Do not buy from this company

I bought 4 teas. They only shipped 3, but charged me for all 4. One not shipped was $27. I contacted them and explained issue. They said they would send 4th tea ordered. Sent wrong tea. Was then Out of stock. Asked for refund. They withheld $4+ dollars for a $27 item never shipped to me or received. Will never buy from this company again.

I was wanting to know if you changed your supplier recently for this jasmine tea with flowers; it’s packaged completely differently, and it doesn’t have the same strength of taste that it did the last time I ordered
