I ordered the shoes with the assumption that I would be getting the first time promo discount. When I called to inquire, It was very difficult to get a live customer service rep on the line and after I did get in touch after many attempts, I was told that the promo discount would not apply. Disappointed in the way it worked out, so overall I would say the experience was not the best and have apprehensions of ordering again from this site because of it, although the product itself was good.
