Navy Blue Chenille Corset Dress

Beautiful Dress!

Wore this all day at the ren faire with the navy blue chiffon chemise. I received a ton of compliments and loved the way it looked and felt. The fabric is good quality and thick but that also meant it got pretty hot if I was in the sun for very long. I had to tie the sleeves pretty tight to get them to stay on but a simple shoelace bow was enough to secure them if they were tight. Only way I think it could be improved is to add pockets and an optional modesty panel. Because of my larger chest, I found the front corset laces wanting to tighten at the top and get wider in the middle which wasn’t the triangular look I wanted. I found myself adjusting multiple times throughout the day. I didn’t have that issue when I tried it on with a modesty panel from my other FM corset. I would gladly pay extra to have the panel option. I am an XL in FM corsets and the XL of this dress was perfect. Colors are also gorgeous and the lining on the sleeves match the blue of the dress exactly. In some of the photos it looked lighter because of studio lighting but they match perfectly. I am really glad I bought the blue and gold, it’s so lovely.

This piece is gorgeous and high quality! I got it for my reinassance fair themed baby shower. I chose ot because it is adjustable and open at the belly. It is the PERFECT pre and post natal dress. It will size with me during and after pregnancy perfectly.
