The product itself was good quality as usual. Packaging changed to a more unattractive version personally. Disappointed that the delivery was through the Amazon company's distribution center.

Good tea, bad website

Have bought tea here for years. They have good products. They often offer a discount with a promo code, but unfortunately it rarely actually shows up in the email so you can use it. Also, my favorite tea used to come in 16 ounce containers but now seems to only be in 4 ounce containers. Not sure why since it’s probably the most popular tea they have.

Great tea

Love Earl Gray tea, just wish ETS would be able to stock the Double Bergamot Earl Grey in the 5 lb bag.
