I really like the flavors of the different sticks, and they are very satisfying with every puff. However, I am concerned that this is a vaping device, and vaping from what I understand is worse than smoking. I smoke very little and I smoke natural cigarettes with tar blockers on the filter to block the tar. Since I only smoke about five cigarettes today I'm concerned that those vaping sticks might do more harm than good.

It's good but I can tell you that this will not help you stop smoking it's not a valid way to quit smoking.with that said it's still worth it and the taste isn't bad either
