Arrived very quickly - as stated. Contents as stated. Had a request for customer service. They responded quickly, effectively, and courteously. Bought this as a gift for a relative whose mother passed in May. We've spent months resolving items for the probate court. This is a gift for him so that his family doesn't have to go through same.

I received my NOK box 1 week before my husband unexpectedly passed away. Now I am faced with filling the box and executing the box at the same time. I can honestly say I can’t imagine having to deal with this without the help of the box. The last thing on my mind is organization and paper, shuffling, and this box (even incomplete) has made my life so much easier and guided me along the way.
