My MDC Ultimate Stirrups - Rubber Tread are a big step up for me and even using them like traditional stirrups is comfortable and secure but the angle adjustment to 45 and 90 degrees is a game changer if you suffer with knee pain and discomfort. My foot feels secure and supported and I do like the weight.

If like me you have knee pain and not just when riding, these amazing stirrups are worth their weight in gold. I’ve tried all sorts over the years but nothing really made a difference, until I tried these beauties. My leg is in position, I have no pain, which is a huge relief on many levels. The wide leathers are also fantastic. I can’t recommend these stirrups highly enough, I’m just so please I found them and can ride pain free.
