Premium Look, Incredible Performance, and the Best Adhesive We've Used

We used the Red Stainless / Blue / White TriLayer Acrylic to create both our ’Merica hat patch and our America 250 commemorative patch, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The shiny red stainless face immediately grabs your attention and gives the patch a premium, metal-like appearance. When engraved, it reveals the blue layer, and deeper engraving exposes the white core, creating incredible depth and contrast. The finished product has a unique look that really stands out from traditional acrylic patches. The engraving quality is outstanding and it had consistent results across the entire sheet. Once We had our settings dialed in, every patch came out looking production-ready. We can’t go without mentioning the adhesive backing. It’s easily one of the best we have worked with here at Kraft Life. It bonds exceptionally well to hat blanks and gives us confidence that the finished patches will hold up to everyday wear. A premium patch deserves a premium adhesive, and Durra-Bull absolutely delivers. Between the appearance, engraving quality, consistency, and top-notch adhesive, this material has earned a permanent place in our shop.
