Better communication needed.

My product was great and exactly what I needed. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because when I ordered it, it was on back order and there was no notice of this. I had to wait a week and ask why it hasn't shipped yet to be informed it was on backorder. Otherwise I would of sat for weeks never knowing. Other than that I love BA and am a forever loyal customer.
