The help they provided in returning the wrong chlorinator that we had purchased by mistake and the guidance they gave in ordering the correct one was very helpful and professional. My only concern is the IC40 indicates a salt level 1000 ppm LOWER than actual. If this difference stays constant, I wonder what happens when my pool salt level reaches 3500? All in all, extremely pleased with the IC40 and the customer service!
