Completely different than the photo

This pillow cover is very shiny and metallic- completely different than the photo and description. When I notified customer service and asked for a return label, they told me it was final sale (not written clearly anywhere when I purchased or I would not have), and were not helpful at all. The quality is incredibly cheap, the color and fabric are awful, would not recommend.
