Blink Outdoor 4 Van Camera Mount

Almost two months after placing my order, I still haven't received my products, and my repeated emails asking for updates have gone unanswered. I placed my order on 10 September, but it was only dispatched on 23 September, after I emailed asking for an update. When I saw the parcel was stuck at customs, I contacted the seller asking what I should do, as I hadn't received any notification to pay the import charges. I was told that once an order is shipped, it is no longer their responsibility. When the tracking showed the parcel was being returned, I contacted the postal service myself and discovered that the seller had provided an incomplete address, which prevented me from receiving the customs payment notification. The parcel was returned to the seller on 17 October. They confirmed receiving it and asked me to confirm my address again, even though I had provided the correct address when placing the order and had already sent it again after discovering the issue. I confirmed it once more, but my three follow-up emails have gone unanswered. Almost two months later, I still have no product, no new tracking number, no explanation, and not even an apology. I've honestly never experienced such a difficult purchase. What makes it even more frustrating is the lack of communication. I can't resolve the problem when the company simply doesn't respond to my emails. I genuinely want these products and believe in their quality, but I'm extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I'm posting this review because I don't know how else to get a response. Could someone please clarify what is happening with my order and when it will finally be resent?

Great product, well made and just what i needed for my blink camers on my campervan,

magnets could be a lot stronger to prevent easy theft, I will probably add a strong double sided tape. Tried fitting the camera in the mount and there is minimal movement that i will need to restrain to avoid van vibration during travels. The sync module mount is a really good fit
