Hatsune Miku with Cinnamoroll Figure

I ordered this awhile back and didn't care about the little things, but now that I’ve had it for longer, I regret spending my money. I got this on March 24, 2025, or around that time and obviously received it. The box was flat, and you had to fix it so it was an actual box.. if that makes sense. That was fine. I actually really liked that part in case people handled the package harshly. Seeing the figure though.. the stand was clear instead of white. I didn't care. It was hard to put the figure on the stand, and I’m not even sure if I did it correctly anymore. The paint wasn’t done well on some parts, and I didn't mind. The head was heavy, and I thought nothing of it. I fixed it and left it on my desk. I soon realized that the head was so heavy that it started leaning back and just constantly falling back. I tried fixing it by trying to fix the part where the head connects, but nothing worked. It cannot stand by itself anymore. The head is just too big and heavy. So sad, looked cute.

Product was delivered in a smashed box since it was shipped in its original box and bubble wrap without any additional protection. Product also had been used since there is visible scuffs and chipps on the figure. The base included also was different as it was transparent rather than the white base shown in the pictures. Figure looks okay from a distance but overall not a satisfying experience. Edit: Customer service reached out to me and sent another figure. The new one was packaged much better and had no damage this time around. Thank you guys for reaching out and making it right!
