I initially left a 1-star review because the sizing did not match my expectations, and I wasn’t able to wear the shoes myself. I was disappointed because I really liked the design and had waited quite a while for the order to arrive. However, the customer service team reached out promptly to understand my experience and work toward a resolution. I appreciate their willingness to address the issue and make things right. While I would still recommend double-checking the size chart before ordering, the quality and appearance of the shoes were great, and I appreciate the effort they made to assist me

Very well made and visually beautiful shoes! I was advised by customer service to purchase size 37 but I'm normally a US 6/ EU 26 and am a Western customer. My foot measures around 9.1 inches and the size chart says I should order 37 but it feels too large. I recommend sizing down.

It looks very different from the real thing. I felt cheap for the price.
