Wonderful service and quality

Delivery was excellent, and the tent feels sturdy and well made. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that the mattress could use an upgrade—but to be fair, that seems common with most RTTs. I really appreciate the pre-installed lights and power bank. I’ve only spent one night in it so far, camping on top of a mountain in December. Despite very windy conditions outside, I stayed warm and comfortable inside.

Top notch customer service...the tent quality is can compare with high end brand with half of the cost ...my next setup would be Naturnest again
