I bought two pairs of the Rocky Mountain Flannel Company lounge pants for my husband to wear in hospital as he recovers from a bone marrow transplant. He has found these lounge pants to be soft and comfortable. Best of all is the fact they are NOT a hospital gown.

Nice and long!

I love lounge pants with great length. Whenever you bend your knees, like to have your feet up on the couch for example, these still cover your ankles. These are made for colder times but are still great in the Spring too. I am a 34" (86 cm) waist and 6'2" (187cm) and the M Tall is actually longer than my legs so when my feet are up in the colder weather, they still cover my ankles. Love that!
