A modern marvel. Casting couldn't feel better. While you can feel the load all the way down, it flexes mid to tip and is less of a noodle than legacy fiberglass. It's also light enough to carry all day without a sore arm. In my opinion, this is the best rod Reddington makes.

I purchased this Butterstick because I found myself pulling smaller fish out with a 6wt very easily. This Butterstick lets me enjoy catching smaller fish more, and casting fiberglass sends me into pure joy. It does great on smaller streams!
