I love the look of Gypsies bands. They are comfortable in my hair and in my wrist. I had an issue with 2 of the bands coming unraveled shortly after purchasing & based on my initial review, the owner reached out asking for details of the issue (and pictures), offered to send a replacement set and is working to correct the issue in the manufacturing process. I’m blown away by the customer service and attention to detail. If you’re looking for cute and comfortable hair ties that double as pretty bracelets, this is a great brand.
