Hydrating Cream

I had to repeatedly call to cancel and return at my expense this unwanted subscription that i never authorized. When i called they actually told me that i didnt have to return it but my order would be cancelled. Making it sound like that i could keep it for free. When i specifically asked if i kept it would i be charged? We mysteriously got disconnected. I had to call again and confirmed that if i kept it that i would be charged. And there is no way to cancel on the website, you must call! It’s very shady! We’ll see if they actually cancelled it this time. The products themselves are ok. A bit too perfumed for me. I prefer YSE.

I hate that its so expensive but its really great products. I’ve been using JLo for two years now and I definitely feel very confident about my skin. I love everything they sell. I just hate subscriptions and their one time pricing is high. 😩

It came in a bag not a box, Did not like that & this other teased thing that was coming, a custom kit as described with.00 dollars… Nothing but the container w the moisturizing block buster creme came in a bag w no receipt….? What was that about? Love the block buster creme tho, But prefer in s box not a flimsy bag…
