Worth the money

I wanted a new hairdryer for personal use and since I really like my flatiron I decided to get a hairdryer from BioIonic. My hair is coarse and I struggle with drying it without frizz. The ultralight was an investment, but it works great!

Warranty claim was submitted and I was pleased with customer service. The new replacement dryer has spec changes with on/off switch and cool setting. I did not favor the on/off switch move to the back of the handle, but not a huge deal. I like the results of healthier hair and no frizz.

Wouldn't buy again

Its not as hot as I thought it would be, does take awhile to dry my hair (and I do not have thick hair). It is also awkward to set up on the counter with the way the cord is built into the handle. . wants to tip over. . I really like the curling irons and flat irons though.
