2002-2005 Ford Thunderbird Front Electronic Module (FEM) Repair

We had a perplexing problem with our driver headlight not working unless the brights were on. After much diagnosis, a mechanic thought it must be the FEM. The cost for a new part and labor was astronomical, but the mechanic let us know that we could get a rebuild. I watched an online video on removing the module, sent it in, it was turned around to us in days, I reinstalled, and boom, the lights all work. Everything works as it used to. Happy ending, and a fraction of the new module price.

Repaired my FEM for a 2003 Ford Thunderbird that faced far too many issues to list- since our repair and reinstallation, most of these have been resolved! Loved the 1-Day Turnaround time and being provided videos on how to initially remove this tricky part, thanks CBoardRepair!

Fantastic , great turnaround time and it works perfect. My 2010 Ford T bird, Is back to being functional the windshield wipers the windows the top all of it’s good now. .
