I made a mistake in my order and immediately emailed to see if I could correct it, and the folks who helped me were so kind and quick to fix my mistake, so thank you so so much for that. Second, I got this as a gift for my best friend who absolutely lost it when it arrived! She immediately sent me photos of several items she had embossed, and was extremely happy with everything that came with it.
