Vanilla Crème Bloomer Shorts

Had so much higher expectations for these. There are a few flaws inlciding a small hole and loose threads. The waist band isnt as adjustable as i had expected because the string in the waistband is stretchy. There is a seam at the front where the ruffle ends. I understand these are handmade, but i expected much higher quality and attention to detail.
