Lindsay’s program has been such an incredible benefit to me, and I’m confident to say it has been just as beneficial to my fellow classmates. Every week Lindsay presents a stage of her self-worth pyramid. We learn how we let ourselves down, bad habits, triggers, negative thoughts patterns, and how we start to unlearn these habits, find self-love and start thriving. After the weekly presentation, Lindsay guides and coaches the group to share our thoughts, stories and experiences. The group chats are truly where the program shines brightly. I formed wonderful friendships with Lindsay and the others over the five weeks. Commiserating over our shared experiences but most importantly uplifting each other through struggles and loudly celebrating our pivots to breaking habits and celebrating our successes. The five weeks have been so eye opening and I’ll be carrying these new happier healthier habits with me forever. So incredibly thankful for Lindsay for putting this program together! Countless people can benefit from her guidance, encouragement and love.
