Gorgeous shoes but unable to wear them in/walk in them

I’m in the exact same situation as Lilly and Ashleigh….absolutely love the look of the shoes, love that they’re handmade, but unable to walk in them properly. I also have done everything I possibly can over months to try wear them. I did all the suggestions such as leaving them out in the sun to loosen up then wear them around the house, wear them around the house all day with thick socks on, wear them out all day multiple times and try to break them in that way. But nothing worked sadly. I tried so, so many times over months. But the top strap in the part closest to my leg cuts into the top of my foot so badly that it opens the skin and is so painful. I don’t understand as I have had my feet looked at professionally and I don’t have a wide foot or high arch or anything different. And have never had this problem before. I truly don’t understand how others are saying they’re so comfy. I don’t know if some are made differently or what the case is. I just took mine yesterday to get professionally stretched at a shop and I hope this means I can wear them now. It’s made the shape of them a bit funny but I so want to wear them! I love them soooooo much apart from this issue because they look so gorgeous and I love what this brand stands for. I just wanted to share this honestly, as it’s not just a one off issue. Can give another review after I wear them now they’ve been professionally stretched ❤️

Completely agree with Ashleigh’s review sadly. Absolutely love the look of these shoes and I bought them some time ago, I haven’t been able to wear them because they hurt so much to walk in. I’ve tried all those techniques as well such as hair dryer to stretch the leather but it seems to be where the stitching is everytime I take a step it hurts so much and bruises my foot ! So sad because they are the cutest shoes ever! Came on here to see if it was just me that experienced this, because they have been just sitting pretty in my cupboard for months unwearable 🥹
