I’ve been a die-hard Scott fan forever, so I was legit skeptical about switching to an Orvis rod. But, I was craving a little adventure, something fancy, you know? So I went all-in for a “bougie” nymphing setup and snagged this beauty in a 10’ 4wt, paired it with a Hatch Iconic, and—oh my gosh—I’m obsessed! I’m usually a dry-fly-or-nothing kinda guy, so I wasn’t even sure I’d vibe with nymphing, but this combo? It’s got me out there loving every second. Seriously, I can’t put it down!
