To keep this as brief as possible. The customer service was amazing throughout. Scott was very prompt and executed the design changes perfectly. The hoodie was perfect and I'd genuinely recommend anyone to use this company & Scott to have an item made because the quality is really good and if you think this is something that you or someone else would really like but perhaps are not sure if it'll be as good as you hope, go for it, you will not be disappointed.

Two jumpers for father/husband

I purchased two jumpers. One with a hood and one without. Both high quality material. The embroidery was great. It looked like the picture submitted. Only feedback was skin tone was a shade lighter than the photo. I would purchase from here again if this was fixed. Still a beautiful and personalised product. Order delivered on time.

The embroidery is exquisite and the material of the hoodie itself is comfortable and warm. Would order again :)
