Well I’m still feeling it out because it’s summertime and things are so hot.
I believe I can wear it more in the fall.
Right now I’m wearing it under my suits.
It feels great. Especially when I take off my jacket the physical lines are sharp .

I am 69 and my football body is now an old dad body.. this helps tighten it up abit and helps my confidence.. what i have left .. it makes a difference.

Very hard to put on because of the size. Yes I looked at the size chart. But offer very little contour control for the little bit of stomach i have. Needless to say it didn’t give the appearce of six pack abs like the ad. It was impossible to take off with out help. Ill stick to the ones on Amazon. It says no refund, so you got me this time.
