"Siren's Song" Dress

This is the second siren dress i bought as the first was a little bit big. The size xs definitely fit better compared to the small but unfortunately the construction quality was laughably bad. The cups were uneven, and puckering, sewn that way so it could not be steamed out. The back of the dress was missing the eye part for the hook and eye closure. I would never have ordered a size xs if i had these issues with the original s i had purchased. This on top of the fact that when i ordered the s originally it came with a broken broach (which i hadnt planned on wearing so wrote off as delivery damage). The worst is that after i tried teaching out about these faults the annoying ai help bot was obviously no help whatsoever, basically “we’ll get back to you soon princess”. Eventually i emailed with a list of my complaints about the defects of this dress and simply never recieved a response (let alone a refund) While ive not had issues before, this is likely the last time i order from here.

Perfect summer dress

I was surprised that the size XL fit me true to size, very comfortable and breathable material. You can dress it up or down will be buying another dress in the future.

This dress is absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, the one I received was defective to where the lace on the cups puckered and the upper elastic was sewn too tightly, causing a bad shape. The skirt part pattern is not cut centered and was crooked. However, the customer service was good. I will be buying this again in the future. Fingers crossed! Size was true to the size chart.
