I ordered a watch for my husband and was so thrilled with the level of customer service I received. There was a website glitch so it wasn't letting me check out and make my purchase, they noticed it was still in the cart a few days later and reached out to check and see if I'd like to make the purchase, as a lot of companies do. However; when I responded with the glitch I was experiencing I got an immediate response along with an offer to take some money off for the trouble! They followed up until I received it and it was an absolutely gorgeous watch! High quality and lightweight! We get compliments on it constantly!
