Let me start with how amazing these water bottles are and look. Everyone who sees them has asked where I purchased them from, and I tell them OddChef. I've been looking for water bottles that will keep my water cold, and these definitely do that. I put ice in, and the ice lasted over 24 hours. On top of it being an amazing product, their customer service is even better. I had an issue with one of the bottles and messaged customer support and had a reply within hours asking about the issue. I explained the issue and sent pictures, and they went above and beyond and stood by their product and fixed the issue in under a week. I definitely will continue to purchase from you guys and spread the word to others in the culinary industry.
