Well this pains me because I’ve been a fan of lasfit for years. But I feel they didn’t follow through on this one. First off the box showed up like it had been drug behind the delivery truck since pick up. All the plastic banding was snapped and then taped back over. So was this the shipping Conor was this sent out the door like this? Idk? So upon trying to install these I honestly didn’t think instructions would be needed. Should be pretty straight forward. Opened one of the two bracket boxes and found 2 left and 2 right brackets. Open the second box and find 4 left brackets. Ok open the instructions. These have to be the worst instructions I’ve ever witnessed for any product I’ve ever purchased. So I verify I have 6 of one side and 2 of the other. Superb!! Ok so I’ll trying and at least get one side on and see where that lands me, I put what they are calling the left on my drivers side, un wrap the step and wouldn’t you know it it’s dented. Sigh…. Ok well it’s a side step I guess they pulled the bandaid off for me so now I don’t have to feel bad when I do it. So I go to bolt it on and wait a min something doesn’t look right. Back to the terrible instructions. Hmm is it my left or your left? So I take the right brackets put them on the left and bingo after an hr 1 side is on. I unwrap the right step and dang/shoot that one’s dented to in the same spot. Ok now I’m just irritated. But hey it lines up and fits. I was able to temp get the pass side on using 6 of the 8 holes until hopefully brackets can be shipped. You all at last need to look these instructions over or ask us guys that have bought them how to make them better. I would start by emilinating the left right jargon and calling it driver side and passenger side. But that only work if you first label the brackets whether with a sticker/ separate marked box, or physically labeling them. Just seems like a lot of holes in the Swiss cheese aligned on this order I had but reading other people’s reviews many have stated either wrong parts or instructions suck. Do the right thing last and fix this.
