Love the Hats, Disappointed by the Inconsistent Sizing & Customer Service

I really wanted to love this company, especially considering I’ve placed five separate orders and purchased nine hats. Unfortunately, the sizing consistency and customer service have been disappointing. I specifically order the XL Coaster hats, and I’ve now had three separate instances where the sizing was noticeably inconsistent. The first time, I exchanged the hat only to receive a replacement that was also incorrectly sized. Most recently, my “Spooky” hat had the same sizing issue. I reached out to customer service explaining the repeated problem and received no response. I even sent a follow-up asking for a reply and resolution and still have not heard back. I genuinely like the hats when the sizing is correct, which is why I continued purchasing from this company. However, after multiple sizing issues and no response from customer service, it’s difficult to justify ordering again—especially when you cannot be confident that the same style and size will actually fit the same way.
