Great product but odd sizing. Neither pair fit. Small too short, xl too small

I am confused

I thought the card was a discount, ,but the charge was added to my order. I have since tried to redeem this against a new order with no success. I have to get more equestrian trousers for myself as I wear them all the time, best thing I have bought for ages.
