Palomino cowhide rugs

Thank you for asking. I bought two shorthair palomino cowhide rugs. I received one shorthair palomino rug and one long, curly-haired palomino rug. I wrote customer service to exchange the curly haired rug for the short hair rug, as they were meant to be used together. I got no response. I really like the correct rug - the palomino short hair , and very much dislike the curly haired rug. I was disappointed not to receive a response of any kind. So I will not use your service again, nor can I recommend your service. Liv
