missing attention to detail

When we purchased this ring, we were not aware that the black aspect of the ring would be painted on. Since it is, there are drips in certain spots and it is not perfectly straight around the outside of the ring. it still looks pretty nice, but the attention to detail was a little upsetting as we were so excited to get the ring!
