Rok bevel gears always break!
This is a Rok espresso grinder yet when grinding for espresso these gears will invariably break. So frustrating. Have ordered and replaced several times now, and my new set are just impossible to fit properly without filing down the inner bore. Shoddy QC.. and guess what, you cannot order more spares for the next inevitable gear break because they have sold out. So disappointing.

The grinder is generally awesome however in what felt like the last 10 years I needed to change it twice...should I get some in advance in case you terminate this product or god forbid close shop.
I love the ROK philosophy and have enjoyed your products. So many thanks for existing
