Horrible customer service

The shoes were as described but when they got here they didn’t fit me properly. So I wanted to exchange them. I called the store since they’re only about an hour away from me and they said it had to be done with a manager. I asked when the manager comes in and they said saturdays and mondays. I made the drive on a Saturday and they said they couldn’t do anything until the owner gives the go ahead. They called the owner and she was supposedly still sleeping. I asked if there was anything they could do and they said no. I asked for an email to contact the manager and they didn’t know. I finally found an email and it’s been about a week and no response she must be still sleeping too. I just ended up giving the shoes to someone else who they fit. Cool shoes just make sure you don’t have to exchange them or anything.
