Install better than expected

Product arrived intact with everything needed. Install went great for the most part. When I had an issue, customer service was very prompt and my issue did get resolved. They were right the first time when I did get into the back of the unit. It was a me issue of not double checking after bolting in the Bezel. Follow instructions as written and it WILL work perfectly.

2014 F150 Sync 3 upgrade

Shipping was quick, communication was excellent, all components were in excellent condition. I'd watched videos ahead of time so installation was about as expected. Instructions for programming were clear and everything appears to work as advertised the first time. Excellent overall experience and good value.

Nice upgrade. Hard to find an exact video for install but you can figure it out with what’s out there. Company was very helpful with any questions.
