Sterling Band

I like the watchband very much . However, it is slightly too big for my wrist . I have to tighten it to make it fit my wrist . I have adjusted it quite a bit to make it fit my arm . But it needs to be adjusted a little more and I can’t get it to do so unless I keep tightening for quite awhile .

Your customer service is terrible. You promote customer satisfaction all over your website including a Money-Back Guarantee and “We’re committed to making every experience feel comfortable and right — because you deserve nothing less.” Yet I can’t get your to agree to an exchange for a different size; I’m not even asking for money back, just the opportunity to exchange. I would buy more from you but I will never buy more if your service is like this.
