Didn’t look at all like pictures

There is a lot of hair on this wig and not a smooth texture. It didn’t look like the photo on webpage at all. Disappointed. Had to return. Wanted to make note that the customer service from this place is Top Notch. So helpful and responsive when I was trying to order. Thank You!!!
