It fits snug without being restrictive, providing great compression and support during cardio and strength training. Within minutes of putting it on, you can absolutely feel the heat building, and it definitely enhances sweat production. What I appreciate most is that it stays comfortable throughout the workout. It doesn’t bunch up, roll, or chafe, and it layers easily under a shirt. After multiple uses, it still looks and feels brand new. The material is solid, but I don't like that you have to handwash them.
