Product never arrived. After packaging was transferred from ups to usps the package kinda when everywhere. Then finally USPS said it would not be delivered as my shipping was not paid in full. No clue what was going in there. I did reachnout at this point to Fragrance2U via thier website. This fragrance was purchased for my daughters wedding and we had to go a different route.
After reaching out via email, they immediately sent a new shipment via UPS only and it delivered quite quickly to my house. The fragrance wasn’t able to be used for the wedding as it was too late, but I will still use it and I appreciate their customer service. Because of this and the quality of their fragrances, I will purchase from them again.
