Still early in the use of these products for me, but so far I really like them. The bottles and jars are high quality. Each of the products has a pleasant smell. I can feel the face wash working…almost tingles, which I enjoy. And as if I’m not already pleased with my experience enough, my original order got lost in the mail. I emailed Customer Service and they were so kind and immediately mailed a replacement. All around good experience. Hope the products work for me, because if they do, I’m a customer for life.
