Great products, still unsure about the retinol

I love the moisturizer! It works the same if not better than the triple lipid from skinceuticals. The oil is ok, I can live with our without it. I'm not 100% convinced the retinol is working. No flaking, which is awesome. But not too sure about the results. I'll try 1 more round before I decide if I'll stick with that or try a new retinol.
