nice but not comfy

The bag is beautiful and very practical. I really like it overall. However, the straps are quite stiff and can hurt your shoulders, especially when the bag is full. It would be great if they could add some padding or softer material to the straps to make the bag more comfortable to carry. With this small improvement, it would be perfect!
