Poor Customer Service

I ordered several items for Christmas gifts for my sons and still haven’t received them 10 days after placing the order. I sent an email but only received a generic reply with no updated information on my package or how they are going to resolve the issue. The only customer service that is offered is email - no phone number or chat bot. It is disappointing to not receive more urgent, specialized service, especially when our order was placed well before the promised deadline for Christmas delivery and we still don’t have our items.
