Brought the velvet & unami bundle. Both products are exactly as Marcus claims. The velvet mix does exactly that turning meat into soft pillows of velvet & the seasoning just brings out all the natural flavors & vamps them up. Well worth it, follow the instructions and you can't go wrong.
