Can't find the right size

I've been looking at this bra for several years and recently decided to buy it. It was on sale but not clearance. I have many knix items, including different styles of bras. Despite using the size chart, I ended up with the wrong size (cup size too big). I exchanged it once and the cup size is still too big. Now it is not eligible for another exchange because I've already switched it once. Feeling frustrated and disappointed in my purchase.

I have started wearing strapless bras for everyday to get away from the tyranny of falling straps. So this one felt very comfortable though I am going to get it in a size below my normal size as it fits bigger than usual. Also the lace at the bottom rides up. But overall very nice - not yet outstanding.
