For the money I paid I think that the product should come with its own charger box. We shouldn't have to search the or one ourselves. It's great you try to add a plastic bag that closed for travel , but it's too small to properly protect the pillow on travel. The product works well, finally got it to warm up and go thru the cycle. It is useful while on travel as I get stuff in the truck. But I find I have to stretch first then use the pillow when it helps calm the muscles down.

I was skeptical, however after using it, it delivered as promised. I would highly recommend this product.
